These Terms & Conditions govern your use of butter-squishy.com and any purchase made through it. Butter Squishy is operated by JRECOM AE (sole proprietorship registered in France, SIRET 843 776 691 00035). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on butter-squishy.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are completing the purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. This age requirement applies to the person completing checkout; it is separate from the recommended user age for our products, which is listed on each product page and in our FAQ.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and recommended age. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable duties and import taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; Butter Squishy does not store your full card details.

Orders and shipping

Order processing and shipping timelines are listed on our Shipping Policy page. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock, and will notify you and issue a refund if this happens.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Return Policy.

All content on butter-squishy.com, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to JRECOM AE (sole proprietorship registered in France, SIRET 843 776 691 00035) or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Butter Squishy products are recreational sensory and desk toys. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
