Butter Squishy ships to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more and costs $3.99 below that. Orders are dispatched in 2-3 business days, and delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number sent by email. Duties and import taxes are included in your total, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
There is one shipping method, Standard shipping, and one rule. Orders of $25 or more ship free. Orders under $25 pay a flat $3.99, whatever the number of items. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees, no surcharge for larger packs, and no fees collected on delivery.
How long does an order take?
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2-3 business days of purchase. From dispatch, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 7-10 business days of checkout. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and holiday peaks can add a few days. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days after dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will trace the package with the carrier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number. You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with the tracking number and a tracking link as soon as the package is dispatched. The first tracking scan can take 1-2 days to appear after the dispatch email.
Do I pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Butter Squishy ships on a duties-paid basis (DDP). Prices already include applicable customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay customs fees, brokerage fees or import charges when your package arrives.
Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories, to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or to addresses outside the United States.
What if my address is wrong, or my package does not arrive?
Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can correct an address only before dispatch, so email us right away with your order number if you spot a mistake. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we contact you to confirm the correct address and send it again.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbors and your building’s mailroom first, then contact us within 7 days. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
