Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free on every US order — no minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Every Butter Squishy order ships to addresses within the United States. Processing takes 1-3 business days, and standard shipping takes 8-15 business days from the day your order ships. Duties and taxes are included in your checkout total, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping carrier within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a separate shipping email once it’s on its way.
Shipping time
Standard shipping takes 8-15 business days from the ship date, not the order date. Total time from checkout to delivery is typically processing time plus shipping time, so most orders arrive within 9 to 18 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can shift with customs processing or carrier delays.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number and a link to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Duties and taxes
Butter Squishy ships on a duties-paid basis (DDP). Any customs duties and import taxes owed on your order are calculated and included at checkout, already built into the total you pay. You will not be asked to pay customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges when your package arrives.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping outside the United States at this time.
